rkansas State University has announced plans to construct a 40,000-square-foot baseball Player Development Center overlooking right field at Tomlinson Stadium and Slayton Family Field.
The proposed two-level facility will feature state-of-the-art amenities designed to enhance training and development opportunities for the Red Wolves while providing a wide range of resources for the baseball program. Planned elements include a full turf infield, three batting cages, three pitching tunnels, a weight room, multipurpose meeting spaces, coaching and support staff offices, and areas for premium seating.
In addition to elevating the student-athlete experience for current and future Red Wolves, the Player Development Center will include a premium outdoor seating area and an indoor club available on game days. These new seating options, along with aesthetic improvements to the stadium, will enhance the overall game-day atmosphere for fans and create new opportunities for private and corporate events on non-game days.
