Parker Hamilton of Champion Christian was named the Central Southwest Baseball Conference’s Pitcher of the Week. The freshman threw a no hitter against Ecclesia in a seven inning game and recorded ten strikeouts. It was the first no hitter in the Central Southwest Conference this year.

Braden Brown and Austin Kyle of SAU-Tech were named the NJCAA Region 2 Player and Pitcher of the Week. The Rockets recorded a four game sweep over ASU-Three Rivers last week. Brown, a sophomore from Camden, had 8 hits, including 5 home runs. Kyle, also a sophomore, threw seven innings, allowed just two unearned runs, and notched 12 strikeouts.

Ethan Roark, a senior at Henderson State was named the Great American Conference’s Pitcher of the Week. Roark threw a complete seven-inning outing with 11 strikeouts, just three hits allowed, and no walks.

Joseph Bolin, a senior at Ouachita Baptist, was named the GAC’s player of the week. The El Dorado native was 11-for-17 at the plate for a .647 batting average, an .824 slugging percentage, and a .667 on-base percentage.
